As a Grade 12 student from Hyderabad, my journey with Chotu Ki Education (CKE) began in tenth grade after witnessing the educational inequity faced by children in nearby slums. Driven to make a difference, I joined CKE, an NGO dedicated to improving literacy among underprivileged children. Volunteering with them allowed me to teach English, mathematics, and basic languages, fostering a deep connection with the cause of combating illiteracy.

Witnessing the children's progress was immensely gratifying, and the experience instilled in me a profound appreciation for the transformative power of education. It also opened my eyes to the diverse cultures and realities within these communities, nurturing my empathy and shaping my long-term goals.
Inspired by my time with CKE, I founded MpowerEd, my own NGO focused on enhancing education for underprivileged children through technology and digital tools. This initiative merges my passion for education with innovative solutions, aiming to tackle the issue of illiteracy in India.
